Educator credential verification
We review each educator's qualifications against the role, grade level and requirements of the specific assignment before they are placed.
Trust matters to districts and families. Here is how we work — described plainly, without overpromising.

Where a state, district or contract requires background screening, it is completed before services begin.
Requirements differ by state. Service availability depends on state rules, the qualifications of available staff and the terms of each district contract.
Educators are onboarded to the district's expectations, schedules and communication channels, with ongoing supervision from our teaching leadership.
Educational records are accessed only as authorized, used only to deliver agreed services, and never sold. Our public forms are not for student records — sensitive documents are exchanged only through channels agreed with the school or family.
We agree on contacts, meeting cadence and reporting schedules up front so everyone knows what to expect.
Each engagement sets out the service scope, deliverables, records and reports in writing. Districts keep their legal responsibilities for IEP implementation and educational decisions.
